Paying for your treatment is simple. You can pay by credit card, debit card or cash for Initial Assessments and joint ENT/audiologists appointments. We accept British Sterling but not foreign currency or other commodities.
Tinnitus Treatment packages must be settled at the first appointment by credit card, debit card or cash, or you may choose to take up the offer of credit finance.
If you wish to spread the cost of Tinnitus Treatment packages, we have teamed up with Close Brothers Retail Finance to offer you convenient and great value payment plan options. Find out more about our finance here, or if you have your treatment quotation already, then you can go straight to the Application for Finance form.
Our clinics are recognised by BUPA and most of the major medical insurance companies for hearing and tinnitus diagnostics, initial assessments and other treatments such as ear wax removal.
We have direct payment facilities with most medical insurance companies. You must check your policy and contact your insurance company prior to making an appointment. This is to clarify and confirm your cover, and to obtain a preauthorisation reference number which is required for the repayment process.
Please bring the details of your insurance cover when you attend your appointment:
• Insurance company name
• Membership number
• Preauthorisation or claim reference number.
Unfortunately very few medical insurance plans cover hearing aids or tinnitus treatments, but we do offer credit facilities to spread the costs of these treatments. Please call us if you have any questions regarding medical insurance or consumer credit.
If no authorisation is provided, payment on the day is required.
