This course is provided online and utilses evidence based techniques and exercises in order to reduce tinnitus distress and awareness.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy can be provided to patients as a stand-alone therapy or can be provided alongside medical device therapies like Tinnitus Desensitisation Therapy (TDT) or neuromodulation therapies like the Lenire system.
