Our other clinics around the country will be opening soon, so please contact us to find out when the earliest appointment at your preferred clinic will be.
During appointments, our clinicians use appropriate sanitising equipment and PPE (personal protective equipment) which is also available to patients. We also clean surfaces between patient appointments in line with Government guidance and that issued by the British Society of Audiology.
We will require you to answer a few questions before you come into clinic to minimise the risk of spreading COVID-19 infection.
Remember, if you're unable to attend a clinic we run a full telecare service with remote assessments and fittings using video through our e‑consult service.
Our Clinic Director, Josephine Swinhoe, spoke recently at the May meeting of the Lincoln Tinnitus Support Group.
Run by Lorraine Tipler of Hearing Help Ltd, this group provides support for people with tinnitus in Lincoln and the surrounding area. The Group holds regular monthly meetings at the Priory Centre in Lincoln, to allow members to hear from speakers working in tinnitus-related fields.
Josephine’s session covered the Clinic’s involvement in testing new ways to assess and treat tinnitus, as well as updates on the latest therapies available. She was also able to answer the Group’s questions relating to hearing loss, tinnitus and the healthcare sector.
Lorraine thanked Josephine after the session ; "I just wished to pass on our sincere and grateful thanks to Josephine Swinhoe for her excellent presentation to The Lincoln Tinnitus Support Group.
The information was clearly explained in a thorough, delightful and professional manner - we are most appreciative of the time you gave to our group. Thank you once again."
If you are interested in a speaker from The Tinnitus Clinic attending a session of your support group, please contact the Clinic on firstname.lastname@example.org or 0203 597 4988. We are only able to visit UK support groups at this time.
