Help set the priorities for tinnitus research

  January 04, 2012

Despite ongoing research activity and advances in clinical practice, many questions remain unanswered about tinnitus assessment, diagnosis and treatment. It is these questions that will form the basis of future research.

The Tinnitus Clinic is supporting the James Lind Alliance and The Tinnitus Priority Setting Partnership, by asking our patients and website visitors to fill in a short survey and share their opinions on what should be the priorities for tinnitus research.

The results of this survey will be used by research funders to encourage studies into those areas that are of key importance to both patients and clinicians. It will also help raise awareness of the need for further investment in tinnitus research.

You can take part in the survey by submitting your answers via an online form or by downloading a printable version from the British Tinnitus Association website. The deadline for submissions is February 28, 2012
