Chris has been involved in hearing care since the age of 17. He has extensive background in hearing device repair, service, prescription and tuning and qualified with a Diploma in Mechatronic Engineering in 2000.
In 2003 Chris qualified as a Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser in 2003 and holds a further diploma in Hearing Aid Prescription and Fitting which he gained from Sydney Ultimo college in 2012. He is a member of the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists, The Association of Independent Hearing Healthcare Professionals, registered with the Health Care Professionals Council.
He is the Managing Director at The Hearing Clinic UK Ltd which offers exceptional care at a multitude of locations.
Alastair qualified with a distinction as a Hearing Aid Audiologist in 1999, and is currently registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and membership of The British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists.
Prior to joining The Hearing Clinic UK, he was employed for 17 years with an internationally renowned hearing aid specialist. His roles included regional training for Scotland, foundation degree practice supervisor, alongside his normal position as Branch Manager and Dispenser within a very busy clinic. His dedication to total customer care is paramount and he is widely respected as a professional clinician.
Callum obtained a First Class BSc (Hons) in Audiology from Queen Margaret University, in Edinburgh. He was named student of the year and was a winner of the prestigious Oticon Dissertation prize.
His first post was at the Royal Hospital for Sick Children Glasgow, where he specialised in paediatric hearing assessment and management. Then he joined the hearing aid manufacturer GN ReSound providing training and clinical support in NHS and Private Healthcare settings across several different audiology specialisms, including adult hearing rehabilitation, tinnitus management, paediatric hearing aid fitting and the use of assistive listening device in educational settings. His main clinical areas of specialty at the Hearing Clinic are; tinnitus management, adult hearing diagnostics and speech testing, hearing aid prescription and extended-wear/semi-implantable hearing devices.
Callum is registered with the Registration Council for Clinical Physiologists, the Health and Care Professions Council, the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists, and the British Academy of Audiology.
